Would, Could, Should or No

I keep to my corner of the world, held under lock & key
barring insanity from entry
existing as no more than a fleeting fantasy
like honey from the worker bees
their hive high among the trees

Reverberations chiming to the movements of the sea
calling, approaching, weaving, bonding
charting a path for the free
Would we, could we, should we
pass thru the gateway to eternity
