I been taken for a fool
an ordinary tool
tending my garden on the sly
questioning, why?
where do I begin?
will I be forgiven my sin?
where will it end?
why, oh why, pretend?

Mining for semi-precious gems
laborers marveling at their find
Looks something like, here I go again
seemingly always on the mend
When I’m in a bind
give me a piece of your mind:
Solutions are better than reprimands
come time to meet planning’s demands
